Victor Capital takes stake in B-O-F; Berkshire Partners invests in Triumvirate

– Middle market private equity firm Victor Capital Partners has invested in B-O-F Corp., a provider of beverage and specialty shelving solutions for retailers, in partnership with senior management. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Blank Rome LLP acted as legal adviser to Victor Capital, while Capital Southwest Corp. and Main Street Capital Corp. led the senior credit facility. Lincoln International served as financial adviser, and Barclay Damon LLP acted as legal adviser, to B-O-F.

– Berkshire Partners LLC made a significant growth investment in Triumvirate Environmental Inc., valuing the environmental services provider at $1.8 billion. The partnership aims to expand Triumvirate's regional presence, service lines and technology capabilities and introduce an employee ownership program. Raymond James served as exclusive financial adviser to Triumvirate Environmental, with ArentFox Schiff providing legal counsel. Stifel acted as exclusive financial adviser to Berkshire Partners, with legal advice from Ropes & Gray.

– Canada-based Teachers' Venture Growth led a $235 million investment in advertising platform StackAdapt Inc. The transaction included participation from new investor Intrepid Growth Partners Inc. and four other investors. The company has now raised more than $500 million in total funding. JPMorgan Chase & Co acted as lead placement agent and RBC Capital Markets LLC acted as co-placement agent for StackAdapt.
