Taylor Morrison Home Corp. looks to develop a 196-acre master-planned community in Arvada, Colo., dubbed Trailstone, in two phases, the Denver Business Journal reported.
The first phase of the project, with more than 410 lots, closed at the end of January; the second phase will deliver more than 265 lots and is slated to close in December 2023.
The property will feature single-family homes and town houses and will form part of the larger Candelas master-planned community, which spans roughly 1,500 acres.
The homebuilder expects sales to start in 2023, with move-in for first residents in the fourth quarter of 2024.
