Blackstone expands NYC office lease

Blackstone Group Inc. signed a lease for an additional 80,000 square feet at its headquarters in Manhattan, N.Y., Bloomberg News reported, citing a statement.

The lease will expand its location at the Rudin Management Co. Inc.-owned 345 Park Ave. to about 720,000 square feet across 12 full floors and five partial floors.

The private equity giant also added a year to its lease which now runs through 2028.
