Axis Capital board approves $100M share repurchase, higher dividend

Axis Capital Holdings Ltd.'s board of directors has approved a $100 million share repurchase program through Dec. 31, 2022.

The board also declared a quarterly dividend of 43 cents per common share, up 2.4% from the previous payout. The dividend is payable Jan. 18, 2022, to shareholders of record as of Dec. 30.
