Spin Master completes acquisition of Rubik's Brand

Canadian toymaker Spin Master Corp. said Jan. 5 that it completed the acquisition of Rubik's Cube owner Rubik's Brand Ltd.

Spin Master announced the deal to buy London-based Rubik's Brand in October 2020 for an undisclosed amount. The company said it will continue the Rubik's brand legacy and plans to innovate its portfolio and expand distribution.
