KLH Capital sold Premiere Precision Components to Align Capital Partners LP's specialty sealing distributor, Marco Rubber & Plastics LLC.

Holiday, Fla.-based Premiere Precision supplies custom manufactured molded rubber, plastic and metal components.

Stephens Inc. and Bass Berry & Sims PLC were advisers to KLH and Premiere Precision, while Align Capital was advised by Alantra and Calfee Halter & Griswold LLP.
