Cowen names equity capital markets execution head

Cowen Inc. named Jay Coleman as managing director and head of equity capital markets execution for its investment banking division.

Coleman will be based in New York and report to Grant Miller, head of the company's capital markets group.

Prior to joining Cowen, Coleman was CommonBond Inc.'s Chief Business Officer.
