Corinne Dougherty is a partner in KPMG’s Washington, DC office. She has over 20 years of experience providing financial statement audit and related assurance services. Corinne is part of KPMG’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) leadership team. In this role, Corinne leads the development and delivery of ESG related education. She advises clients in developing best practices for ESG reporting and leads teams engaged to provide ESG assurance services. Corinne is a frequent speaker on ESG topics and has been featured in publications including the Center for Audit Quality, the Journal of Accountancy, Bloomberg, Government Matters, Federal News Network, the Institute of Internal Auditors, and Insights Magazine. Corinne has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland and is a Certified Public Account, Certified Government Financial Manager, and received an Executive Certificate in Advancing Sustainability from NYU Stern’s Center for Sustainable Business.

Varsha Doshi is a Sustainability Sales Team Lead for Corporates at S&P Global Market Intelligence. She is based in New York and is responsible for driving revenue growth for S&P Global’s suite of sustainability solutions to help global corporations advance in their sustainability journey in North America. She works with companies to help them assess their ESG performance, quantify climate risks and opportunities across their operations, supply chains, integrate ESG data in their business strategies and communicate positive impacts. Varsha holds a Master of Science degree in Sustainability Management from Columbia University and a first-class honors Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics and Management from the University of Nottingham.
