US Head of Dividend Forecasting
Juan Pablo leads the Dividend Forecasting team for the Americas region. He manages a diverse group of analysts based in Argentina, India, and the United States. Prior to this role, he specialized in dividend forecasting for US and Canadian TMT and Healthcare companies through bottom-up fundamental analysis. He actively participates in public webinars, has published various research reports and regularly engages with clients and industry leaders.
The Dividend Forecasting product helps financial institutions price stocks and ETFs derivatives by delivering precise forecasts of the size and timing of dividend payments based on company and ETF research, market announcements, and unique quantitative insights.
Juan Pablo holds a bachelor's degree in Economics (Hons, magna cum laude) from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), Argentina. Before joining S&P, he worked as an economic consultant in Argentina, handling macro-financial research, forecasting, business advisory, and engaging with the local press. Juan Pablo actively collaborates ad honorem as a visiting professor in undergraduate Economics courses at UBA.

Director and Founder of the Situational Analytics
Morgan Baccari is a director and founder of the Situational Analytics team within Issuer Solutions at S&P Global. Morgan partners with public companies undergoing significant changes, such as M&A, new issuance, or changes to their capital allocation policy. The situational analytics team partners with issuers to determine risk of selling from current shareholders as a result of this corporate action, as well as targeting new investors. Morgan also has experience working with banking and exchange partners to service their global clients across a multitude of consulting needs.

Vedant Bagri is a Dividend Research Analyst at S&P Global market Intelligence
Vedant is responsible for dividend forecasting in the American region, focusing on specialized sectors such as Banks & Financial Services, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs). He is a global research team member with a focus on banking and financial institutions. His research focuses on the balance banks have to strike between capital return to shareholders, meeting regulatory requirements, and exploring how these financial entities strategically expand their operations across regional, national, and global landscapes, adding another dimension to his research insights.
Before joining S&P, he worked as a Derivative trader & Analyst where he traded in index F&O, maintained Delta hedging, and was part of the market makers team. His responsibilities included actively taking derivative strategies to capitalize on market trends in proprietary accounts, maintaining optimal portfolio risk exposure, and maintaining liquidity and pricing of options.
Vedant is a CFA charter holder and also a member of the CFA Society of India. He also holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce.

Vika Tambaeva is the Dividend Research Analyst in AMER, Equity Data & Analytics at S&P Global Market Intelligence
Vika is responsible for dividend forecasting analysis in the American region with a focus on the United States and Canada. She leads the U.S. research initiatives at the S&P Global Research Team. Her primary coverage is the North American Energy Sector.
Vika holds an MBA degree from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College of New York, NY.
