Having worked across numerous Fortune 500 companies globally Ron understands firsthand the challenges facing firms to drive efficiency, and how silos across a firm can minimize the value of company resources. Ron’s client experience includes exercises in developing major account and cross sales strategies, identifying white space across corporate entities and industry sectors, eliminating data and client duplication, and in utilizing corporate structures to assist in conflict identification and resolution. Work and life experience in Europe, Asia, South America and the U.S. enables Ron to bring a truly global perspective to clients.
