Claire Obertin is a Director at Cleveland Research Company, where she leads the Pet Insights Council and serves as a trusted advisor to clients across the Pet Retail and Animal Health industries. She delivers differentiated market intelligence, uncovers emerging trends, and provides actionable insights that help investors and industry leaders make informed strategic decisions.
Prior to joining Cleveland Research Company, Claire worked at J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Claire holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain & Operations Management and Marketing from Miami University and earned her MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Chief Legal Officer
Sammi-Jo Nevin is Chief Legal Officer of Doubtless Pet Insurance North America, a global pet insurance and solutions organization. In her role, she leads the legal, compliance, risk, governance, and regulatory functions, helping guide the organization's growth, transformation, and strategic initiatives.
Since joining the organization in 2021, Nevin has played a key role in scaling the business through a period of significant growth and evolution, including acquisitions, enterprise governance initiatives, regulatory engagement, and the expansion of legal and compliance operations. She is recognized for building high-performing teams and creating scalable frameworks that support innovation while maintaining strong operational and regulatory standards.
In addition to her role at Doubtless, Nevin serves as President of the North American Pet Health Insurance Association (NAPHIA), where she works alongside industry leaders to advance pet health insurance awareness, accessibility, and adoption across North America.
Prior to joining Doubtless, she served as Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer for the Accident and Health Division of National General, an Allstate company.
She earned her Juris Doctor and bachelor's degree from Marquette University and resides in Arizona with her husband and three rescue dogs.

Chief Veterinary Officer & Director of Veterinary Affairs
Dr. Aliya McCullough is the Chief Veterinary Officer and Director of Veterinary Affairs at Fetch. She serves on the Veterinary Advisory Board as an ex-officio member and liaison between the Advisory Board and Fetch. Dr. McCullough joined Fetch in 2019 and uses her veterinary expertise, passion for pet parent education and Fetch policy knowledge to serve as a trusted veterinary resource in the claims and creative departments. Prior to her time at Fetch, Dr. McCullough worked as a small animal veterinarian in private practices in the southeastern Pennsylvania region.

Chris Winter is the North America Insurance solutions lead for S&P Global Market Intelligence. In this role, Chris helps insurance clients utilize the full suite of solutions offered by S&P, such as financial data, credit risk solutions, data feeds, and more, while specializing in the NAIC Statutory and Rate Filings products. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and English from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
