Rowan plays a key role in defining the commercial, product, and growth strategy for corporate actions and securities processing software solutions at S&P Global.
With over 20 years of experience in product management and the delivery of platforms and services in the post-trade space, Rowan collaborates with firms across the capital market domain, specifically in the asset servicing space, providing strategic consulting on operating models and technology landscape transformation. He has successfully led complex transformations that delivered process automation, standardization and enhanced operational efficiency in Europe, and the US.
Prior to joining the Product and Commercial team, Rowan led the Product Analysis and Design team, which is responsible for delivering and implementing innovative solutions in the post-trade space.
He joined Information Mosaic, now part of S&P Global, in 2005 and holds a B.Sc. in Management from Trinity College Dublin and was awarded an Investment Operations Certificate by the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).

Swapnil Gupta is Director – Product Strategy & Commercials for Corporate Actions, Data and Managed Services at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
She leads product strategy, commercial growth, and global expansion for the Managed Corporate Actions (MCA) business, a multi-asset class solution serving financial institutions worldwide. She is responsible for the commercial strategy, delivery, and direction of the multi-asset class global product.
She has 16+ years of experience working in financial services where she has led multiple products and business transformation projects. Since joining S&P Global in 2010, Swapnil has built and leads high-performing teams of business analysts and product managers, driving strategic execution across the corporate actions ecosystem.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration, along with a postgraduate qualification in Business Analytics and Business Intelligence.
