Iuri Struta is a Senior Research Associate at S&P Global Market Intelligence. He specializes in analyzing M&A activity within the technology sector, with a particular focus on fintech and artificial intelligence.
Prior to joining S&P Global in 2022, Iuri conducted research on shareholder activism at Insightia, where, among others, he led the research effort on activism vulnerability assessment. He holds a bachelor's degree in business administration and a master's degree in international business.

Kelly Morgan
Research Director, 451 Research
Kelly Morgan is a research director in the 451 Research technology research group at S&P Global Market Intelligence. She is responsible for the Datacenter Services & Infrastructure team as well as the M&A practice. Her research includes analysis of datacenter providers, market size, supply/demand, new technology and datacenter industry trends, as well as M&A activity.
Before joining S&P Global Market Intelligence in 2019 via acquisition, Kelly spent more than 18 years covering datacenters and telecommunications at both 451 Research and in private equity. She also worked for several years in Paris at the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, managing the organization’s budget process.
Kelly holds a BA degree with honors from Wesleyan University and an MA from Tufts, where she studied international business and economics.

Richard Ludwig
Director, Digital Infrastructure
Richard has worked in the finance sector for over 15 years and leads Alantra’s digital infrastructure M&A offering with a particular focus on data centres. Richard’s deep industry knowledge is founded on longstanding relationships with both digital infra, real estate funds and other financial investors, as well as operators globally. He advises business owners, management teams and financial investors on sector dynamics, asset valuation and bidding tactics.
Richard has advised on data centre transactions in the UK (including Morrison on its investment into Kao Data), in Eastern Europe (advising Goldman Sachs’ digital infra fund on the acquisition of Polish data centre platform, Atman) as well as in Africa (advising the founder N+ONE, the Moroccan leading colocation provider, on investment from African Infrastructure Investment Managers, AIIM). His experience includes advising on transactions including both fully operational businesses and greenfield projects (including Helios’s investment in IXAfrica).
Alantra is a global investment banking and asset management firm focusing on the mid-market with offices across Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia. It provides the full spectrum of corporate finance advisory services, including M&A transactions, private equity, and debt and equity capital raising across both private and public markets. Prior to joining Alantra, Richard was Torch Partners’ Director in the digital infrastructure team and previously covered the sector as Vice President at RBC Capital Markets in London. Richard is a qualified chartered accountant.
