She plays a key role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for RatingsDirect – CreditCompanion across the EMEA region, ensuring the successful rollout of this innovative generative AI solution to clients. Shreya joined the Credit & Risk Solutions business in November 2023, specializing in RatingsDirect and Credit Analytics. She has led product-focused engagements with a diverse portfolio of buy-side and sell-side clients throughout the UK and European markets. Her background is distinctly international. Shreya began her career as a financial journalist at Bloomberg Quint, covering macroeconomics, finance, and political news. She also has a strong interest in AI implementation, having previously worked at the London-based start-up Echobox, where she focused on integrating AI in newsrooms and led business partnerships for clients in Europe and APAC.

Senior Research Analyst, Credit Solutions Thought Leadership
Shruthi Nagarajan is a member of the Global Thought Leadership team for Credit Solutions data. She assists in identifying digital and quantitative use cases and conducts research to derive value from Credit Solutions data across various platforms, including desktop, bulk feed, cloud, and API. Previously, she was with the RatingsXpress Product Management team for API platforms.
Before joining S&P Global, Shruthi worked as a Business Analyst at Cognizant Technology Solutions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad, India.
