Principal, WestCap
Based in New York, Patricia Kwan is a Director and a senior credit analyst in the Financial Services Ratings practice at S&P Global. Her primary analytical responsibility of a portfolio of insurers includes Travelers, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide Mutual, W.R. Berkley and Berkshire Hathaway Insurance Group. Patricia is also a regional lead involved in several criteria projects including the recent development of the risk-based capital adequacy criteria. In addition, her other activities include credit rating model developments and publications of insurance industry commentaries.
Prior to joining S&P Global in 2010, Patricia worked at Anthem corporate treasury, where she focused on investment risk analytics supporting Enterprise Risk Management framework. Her prior experience also includes corporate treasury at the General Motors Treasurer’s Office in New York, where she managed General Motor’s global FX positions and short term investment portfolio.
Patricia holds a B.A in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago.

Andrea Romano is the Global Head of Structured Credit Portfolio Management at Barclays delivering financing solutions to institutional clients. Prior to joining Barclays in August 2020, Andrea spent 3 years at Morgan Stanley in a similar role. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Andrea spent 11 years at Antares Capital (fka GE Capital) underwriting, structuring and executing private equity sponsored, middle market leveraged transactions.

In her role at T. Rowe Price, as the Head of AI & Data Science she leads the AI Labs – the firm’s innovation hub that focuses on providing strategic leadership on harnessing responsibly the power of artificial intelligence & data science to drive cutting-edge strategies and solutions through experimentation, value discovery, research & development, proper governance & training. Carl James is the managing director of Fixed Income of the Global Markets Group within Networks and Regulatory Solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence.
Carl leads the Fixed Income and Municipal business lines across our Global Markets Group, focusing on new issuance.
With over 35 years of experience in global capital markets, Carl is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the primary markets in Fixed Income and Municipals, considering factors including technology, data, and regulation - working with buy and sell-side stakeholders.
Before joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Carl held positions at multiple asset management companies with a total AUM of over $1 trillion. Most recently, he served as the Global Head of Fixed Income Trading at Pictet Asset Management, where he implemented a data-driven approach to trading and analytics using third-party data sources, desktop interoperability tools, and in-house expertise. Prior to that, Carl held senior positions at BNP Paribas, Henderson Global Investors, and UBS Global Asset Management.
Throughout his career, Carl has been engaged at the highest level of government and legislators. He chaired the Investment Association for three years and has been recognized with a Trading Lifetime Achievement award for his transformational industry leadership.

Christina McNamara is an Executive Director and Global Head of Private Equity, Real Assets & Valuations within the iLEVEL business at S&P Global Market Intelligence. In this role, she is commercially responsible for leading the firm’s private equity, real asset and general partner strategy across iLEVEL’s portfolio monitoring solutions, as well as driving the global strategy for private valuations software.
Christina has held multiple senior commercial leadership roles across S&P Global Market Intelligence, where she has consistently been responsible for setting and executing commercial strategy across a diverse portfolio of products and services. Her focus has been on delivering best-in-class client experiences and scalable solutions for the evolving needs of institutional investors, asset managers and financial institutions.
Prior to joining iLEVEL, Christina was part of the S&P Global Market Intelligence Lending Solutions business, where she focused on private credit strategy and clients. Earlier in her career, she served as Executive Director and Global Head of Due Diligence within the firm’s Tax Solutions group, and Commercial Lead for Investor Onboarding. During this time, she worked extensively with global financial institutions on client onboarding, lifecycle management and regulatory compliance, with deep expertise in U.S. tax regimes including FATCA and QI, as well as OECD CRS initiatives, specializing in technology-enabled implementations and automation.
Christina was based in Singapore from 2014 to 2020, where she led S&P Global Market Intelligence’s tax consulting practice and client due diligence solutions across the Asia-Pacific region. She has been a frequent speaker at global industry events and has participated in regulatory and industry consultations related to automatic exchange of information (AEOI).

Craig Fitt (New York) joined KKR in 2022 and is a member of the KKR Capital Markets team, where he specializes in providing ratings advisory to the firm and its clients globally. Prior to joining KKR, Mr. Fitt was U.S. head of ratings advisory at UBS for twenty years. Previously, he was a member of Credit Suisse's ratings advisory group, and spent eleven years at Moody's Investors Service as a senior analyst, responsible for rating corporate issuers across a variety of industry sectors. Darren Thomas

Darren Thomas is Co-Head of Market Intelligence, Enterprise Solutions, at S&P Global and a member of the Company’s Executive Leadership Team.
As Co-Head of Market Intelligence, Enterprise Solutions, Mr. Thomas is responsible for leading the vertical that delivers solutions powering critical infrastructure, networks and agentic workflows tied to financial markets, with a focus on differentiated software assets. Enterprise Solutions brings together software, workflow, pricing and reference data capabilities, including consensus pricing and valuation methodologies across public and private markets.
Prior to this expanded role, Mr. Thomas led Enterprise Solutions, where he built and scaled many of the software, workflow and network capabilities that now form the foundation of the vertical. He also led S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Lending Solutions and Platforms & Networks businesses, launching several new products and innovations, including WSO Private Credit, AI Automation for Private Markets Financial Data Extraction, CLM Pro for Client Onboarding & Regulatory Compliance, and ISDA Amend.
Before joining S&P Global, Mr. Thomas worked at Barclays Investment Bank and UBS, where he ran technology and operations across OTC derivatives, futures, FX and regulatory change programs. He began his career as a management consultant at PwC, focusing on manufacturing automation, pharmaceuticals and systems integrations.
Mr. Thomas has more than 20 years of experience driving technology change and building software solutions that help firms scale their businesses. He serves on the Executive Board of the International Securities Services Association (ISSA) and previously co-headed the ISDA Credit Derivatives Implementation Working Group during the global financial crisis. Iyan joined S&P Global Market Intelligence from BlackRock, where he served as head of product for the portfolio management and compliance capabilities within the Aladdin® platform and previously led the Aladdin private markets strategic initiative which resulted in the acquisition of eFront and its integration into Aladdin® which led to the industry's first Whole Portfolio solution.
Prior to BlackRock, Iyan spent over a decade at Bloomberg, where he oversaw a wide range of products and businesses including Corporate Solutions, Equity Capital Markets, and Research Management Solutions. He was also the founding product leader for the Private Markets capabilities within the Bloomberg Professional® terminal.

Jocelyn leads the credit strategy globally for our private markets portfolio monitoring platform, iLEVEL, and co-hosts our Private Markets 360o podcast. In this role, Jocelyn leads strategic initiatives in collaboration with product, sales and client engagement to ensure we are innovating to support future market and client needs. Previously, Jocelyn held roles including global head of private credit strategy for WSO, our loan administration and loan agency solution, as well as regional head of our private valuation services.
Jocelyn joined S&P Global in 2016 with 15 years of asset management experience across private credit, direct lending, asset-based finance, special situations, and private equity. This experience includes eight years at Fortress Investment Group as a Vice President of Asset Management in the Credit Funds. Jocelyn managed middle market direct loans and asset-based finance investments and focused on restructuring distressed investments stemming from the 2008 financial crisis. Jocelyn also worked at D.B. Zwirn & Co. focusing on asset management and Wells Fargo Capital Finance, where she was part of the asset-based lending portfolio management and audit teams.
