Darnley Bay Resources Ltd. on Jan. 19 announced the appointment of Halina McGregor as CFO, replacing Patricia Mannard, who will move to the position of Vice President, Finance.

McGregor previously held CFO posts at Sherritt International Corp. and Goldcorp Inc.
