HSBC issues €900M bond

HSBC Holdings Plc issued a €900 million international bond, Cbonds reported Dec. 19.

The notes, which mature Dec. 21, 2018, carry a coupon of three-month EURIBOR plus 0.6%.

HSBC also served as book runner on the deal.
