ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE is considering its options for its Red Arrow Studios unit following the postponement of the production arm's sale process until the first quarter of 2020, TBI Vision reported.

The Germany-headquartered parent company told TBI that it began a strategic review and is considering whether to push through with the Red Arrow sale or opt for a partnership.

Red Arrow units Redseven Entertainment and digital outlet Studio71 are "not part of the review."

AMC Networks Inc. and All3Media Ltd. are considered as the final contenders to acquire the unit.

Other companies, such as Sony Corp. unit Sony Pictures Television Inc., also expressed interest to acquire Red Arrow.
