BNP Paribas Securities Services appointed Diarmuid Ryan to the newly created role of global head of hedge fund services.

Based in Dublin, Ryan will be focused on client relationships and solution delivery. He will report to Ian Lynch, global head of alternatives.

Most recently, Ryan worked for State Street Alternative Investment Solutions, holding senior executive posts in New York and Ireland for 10 years.

French banking group BNP Paribas SA is the parent of BNP Paribas Securities Services.
