TLD3 Entertainment Group Inc. signed an agreement to acquire Taiwan-based audio/microelectronics engineering and development company Prosys.
The deal allows TLD3 to acquire the rights to Prosys' GB1 music streaming hardware and Raw Play software. The GB1 technology is a wireless high-resolution music streaming platform, which is the basis for Prosys' original equipment manufacturer music streaming applications.
StreamBeatz Player, TLD3's soon to be released mobile music player, is based on Prosys' GB1 technology architecture, which allows high-resolution 16-bit or 24-bit lossless music from Apple Inc.'s iTunes, Spotify AB and Tidal to be streamed on mobile, on-the-go.
The Raw Play software is a proprietary Wi-Fi Direct music streaming software application available on Alphabet Inc.-owned Google LLC's Play Store and works natively on the StreamBeatz Player.
Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.
