Aragon Holdings acquired the 352-unit Amber Chase Apartments in Atlanta, bringing its total investments in four in-city properties to more than $130 million.

The Los Angeles-based real estate investor and fund manager bought the property through Aragon Multi-Family Fund VII, its its newly launched private equity fund.
