Affine's current joint chairman and CEO position will be split into two roles on Jan. 1, 2017.
This change was a result of a proposal by Chairman and CEO Maryse Aulagnon, and was approved by the board Dec. 6, with the aim of amending the governance of the company to strengthen the strategic, control and executive functions of its management.
Aulagnon will assume chairmanship of the board, while Co-CEO Alain Chaussard will become CEO and remain the board's vice chairman.
Deputy CEO Matthieu Evrard, meanwhile, will become co-CEO, and will be proposed to join the board at Affine's next general meeting.
