Sequoia Financial proposes board changes

Sequoia Financial Group Ltd. proposed to make changes to its board of directors.

The Australia-based company said Jan. 11 that the resolutions call for the removal of Scott Beeton as a director and the appointment of Kevin Pattison as a director. The company's shareholders will vote on the resolutions at their general meeting on Feb. 5.
