INTL FCStone Inc.'s Singaporean unit INTL FCStone Pte. Ltd. agreed to acquire the futures and options brokerage and clearing business of Singapore-based United Overseas Bank Ltd.'s unit, UOB Bullion and Futures Ltd.

The deal's closing is subject to approval of the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

The announcement comes shortly after INTL FCStone Inc. disclosed that its unit, INTL Netherlands BV, will acquire CoinInvest GmbH and European Precious Metal Trading GmbH, both European online providers of gold, silver, platinum and palladium products.
