India's Weizmann Forex Ltd. appointed Satya Bushan Kotru as a nonexecutive nonindependent director and chairman of its board.

The company said May 22 that it also appointed Jyoti Kachroo, Deepak Bhan and Sanjay Malhotra as nonexecutive independent directors.

Meanwhile, Robin Raina resigned as a nonexecutive nonindependent director of the company.

The changes took effect on May 22.
