Champlain Capital Management LLC bought Dayton, Ohio-based audio devices and components supplier PUI Audio Inc. from electronics contract manufacturer Projects Unlimited Inc. for an undisclosed amount.

The private investor targets businesses in the niche manufacturing, consumer products, distribution, healthcare and nonfinancial services sectors.
