Lingbao Gold Co. Ltd. on Jan. 23 said it appointed Wang Junqiang as CEO, replacing Qiang Shanfeng, effective immediately.

The company also appointed Wang Leo as COO and deputy chairman, while Chen Jianzheng and Zhao Kun were named executive directors after Jin Guangcai, Qiang Shanfeng and Ji Wanxin resigned as executive directors effective Jan. 23.
