SiriosResources Inc. said July 21 that it has begun a 10,000-meterdiamond drilling program on the Cheechoogold property in Quebec.

Among other targets, drilling will test the extension of thegold zone intersected by drill hole 52.

The company will also add a second drill on the property inabout three weeks, and the program is scheduled to end in autumn.

Sirios also started mechanized stripping fieldworks fordetailed mapping and channel surface sampling, as well as prospecting and soilsampling in some parts of the property.
