Liberty InteractiveCorp. changed the proposed distribution date for the planned of its unit CommerceHub Inc.to July 22.

It was originally setfor July 13.

The company said that the record date of the spinoff is stillJuly 8. The company expects the CommerceHub series A and C common stock to starttrading July 25 in the "regular way" on the Nasdaq Global Select Marketunder the symbols CHUBA and CHUBK. The CommerceHub series B common stock will bequoted on the OTC Markets under the symbol CHUBB, beginning July 25.

In November 2015, Liberty Interactive disclosed plans to spinoff two newly formed companies — to be called CommerceHub Inc. and Liberty ExpediaHoldings Inc. — to holders of its Liberty Ventures Group stock.

CommerceHub will be comprised of the CommerceHub business. LibertyExpedia Holdings will include Liberty Interactive's entire ownership interest inExpedia Inc. and LibertyInteractive subsidiary Bodybuilding.com LLC.
