Investors Real Estate Trust completed its 1-for-10 reverse stock split of its outstanding shares of common stock and operating units, with trading starting on a split-adjusted basis Dec. 28.

The multifamily real estate investment trust said the split reduced the number of shares of common stock and operating units outstanding to about 13,340,500 shares and units from approximately 133,405,000 shares and units, as of Oct. 31.
