FuelCell Energy Inc. regained compliance with the Nasdaq Stock Market's minimum bid price requirement, according to a Jan. 13 company news release.

The company also said it moved its earnings conference call to discuss fiscal-year 2019 results to Jan. 22, from Jan. 14, and will release its annual report on Jan. 22 as well.
