Accenture PLC agreed to acquire Munich-based maihiro GmbH for an undisclosed amount.

Maihiro is a provider of SAP-based customer experience, customer relationship management and commerce services. Through the purchase, Accenture intends to expand its SAP offerings to customers in European markets including Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

The transaction is expected to close in early 2020, subject to customary closing conditions.
