Richmond, Va.-based Atlantic Union Bankshares Corp. completed the integration of Access National Bank branches and operations into its unit, Atlantic Union Bank.

Following shareholder approval May 2, the merger resulted in the change in name to Atlantic Union Bankshares Corp. from Union Bankshares Corp., and the name of its unit from Union Bank & Trust to Atlantic Union Bank.

The bank holding company's shares now trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker symbol AUB.
