Healthcare growth equity firm EW Healthcare Partners named Olivier Bohuon as senior adviser and Mike Warmuth as operating partner for its London and New York offices, respectively.

Bohuon served as the CEO of London-based medical device maker Smith & Nephew PLC. Warmuth was most recently executive vice president in the established pharmaceuticals division of healthcare company Abbott Laboratories.
