Archrock subsidiary prices $500M senior note offering

Archrock Inc. subsidiary Archrock Partners LP priced a private offering of $500 million of 6.250% senior notes due 2028 at 100% of its face value.

The offering, which was originally set at $400 million, was upsized by $100 million and is expected to close on Dec. 20, subject to customary closing conditions, according to a Dec. 16 release.

Archrock Partners plans to use the proceeds to partially repay outstanding borrowings under its revolver credit and for general partnership purposes.

Headquartered in Houston, Archrock is an energy infrastructure company with a pure-play focus on midstream natural gas compression.
