J. William Holden is stepping down as executive vice president and CFO of Vistra Energy Corp. on June 5 to pursue other opportunities.

Vistra named David Campbell to succeed Holden on the same date, according to a May 28 news release.

Campbell most recently served as president and CEO of InfraREIT Inc., which was recently acquired by Oncor Electric Delivery Co. LLC. Oncor is majority owned by Sempra Energy.
