Dieterich Bank NA is now Dieterich Bank, according to the websites of the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and the Federal Reserve's National Information Center.

The regulators' websites indicated that the Dieterich, Ill.-based bank changed from a national bank to a state member bank, with the conversion taking effect June 25.

The bank is a unit of Prime Banc Corp.
