The board of First Capital Investment Corp. appointed Derek Taller chairman, effective June 29.

Taller currently serves as anti-money laundering officer, president and CEO for the company.

Also effective the same date, Taller resigned from his position as chief compliance officer. His resignation was not due to any disagreement with the company.

The board named Anthony Raftopol to replace Taller, effective the same date. Raftopol is a partner with the law firm of MENA Legal and a member of the bar of the State of New York.
