* KBL European Private Bankers SA hired Søren Kjær to head a new branch in Denmark's capital Copenhagen as it looks to establish a foothold in the region, finews.com reported, citing two people familiar with the hire.
Kjær is a veteran private banker and was most recently serving at UBS Group AG as market head of the Nordics, the report said.

* PostFinance AG appointed Sandra Lienhart its new head of retail banking, effective March 1, 2020, with a focus on further developing the bank's digital offerings.
Lienhart will succeed Sylvie Meyer, who will retire at the end of January.
IHS Markit
