Parthenon Capital raises $2B for latest fund

PCP Managers LP, or Parthenon Capital, raised more than $2.0 billion at the first and final close of its Parthenon Investors VI LP fund.

The fund exceeded its initial target of $1.5 billion, and is bigger than its predecessor, Parthenon Investors V LP, which raised $1.0 billion.

Ropes & Gray LLP provided counsel to the fund, while Kirkland & Ellis represented the firm for all management company documentation.
