Indonesia's Bank Permata names president director

PT Bank Permata Tbk appointed Ridha D.M. Wirakusumah as president director and Loh Tee Boon as risk director, the Jakarta Globe reported Dec. 14, citing a statement.

Ridha and Loh will replace Roy Arman Arfandy and Michael Alan Coye, respectively.

Ridha previously served in different capacities at several firms, including as president director at PT Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk. Loh previously served as country chief risk officer at Standard Chartered Bank (Thai) PCL.

The appointments are subject to regulatory approval. Meanwhile, the bank's board appointed consumer director Bianto Surodjo as acting president director.
