Canadian information technology staffing company S.I. Systems Ltd. received an undisclosed amount of investment from middle-market private equity firm Quad-C Management Inc.
S.I. Systems founder Derek Bullen will remain CEO and keep a significant ownership stake in the company.
Charlottesville, Va.-based Quad-C targets investments in the business services, consumer, general industrial, healthcare, specialty distribution, and transportation and logistics sectors.
