Tenaska EnergyInc. has upped its stake in the 924-MW naturalgas-fired plant in Autauga County, Ala., by acquiring DiamondGenerating Corp.'s interests.

Tenaska notified FERC on July 6 that it completed thedeal on June 30.The commission approved the transaction on June 15.

The MitsubishiCorp. subsidiary previously held a 0.30% general partnershipinterest and a 46.875% limited partnership interests in Tenaska Alabama IIPartners LP, which owns and operates the power plant. (EC16-108)
