Yuanta Financial Holdings Co. Ltd. said Paulino Tan was appointed as an independent director of Yuanta Savings Bank Philippines Inc., effective Jan. 2, 2017.
Tan replaces Charade Mercado, who resigned, the company said Dec. 29.
