is offering 8,000,000common units priced at $37.90 per unit.
Theunderwriter was granted a 30-day option to buy up to 1,200,000 additionalcommon units. Net proceeds from the offering would be used for generalpartnership purposes, such as acquisitions, organic growth projects andrepaying part of the outstanding borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
Theoffering is scheduled to close July 27, according to a July 22 news release.
