May River Capital LLC bought independent testing laboratory NSL Analytical Services Inc.

Larry Somrack will remain with NSL as president emeritus. He will be joined by veteran general management and commercial executive Ron Wesel as CEO. Carey Lewis and Andy Housley will also join the company to focus on growth and development, and finance and administration, respectively.

Lewis and Housley worked with Eurofins Scientific and EAG Laboratories, among other companies.
