Dakota Territory Resource expands key land holdings in South Dakota

Dakota Territory Resource Corp. expanded its key holdings in South Dakota's Homestake District after agreeing to acquire 284 acres of land in the area from Trucano Novelty Inc.

About 61 acres are located to the south of the company's City Creek gold property, while another 82 acres are situated about half a mile south of its Blind gold project.

The remaining 141 acres, which cover an additional 2,600 feet of the Homestake Paleoplacer trend, are located immediately to the north and adjoining the company's Paleoplacer property.

Dakota Territory Resource now holds approximately 3,341 acres in the Homestake District as a result of the acquisition, according to an April 10 release.
