NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT announced a bevy of senior management changes, including the promotion of its interim CFO to CFO, and the appointments of a new president and COO.

Shailen Chande, who has served as the company's interim CFO since September 2016, will assume the post on a permanent basis.

The company also promoted Peter Riggin to the newly created position of COO from president of the Canada region.

Bernard Crotty, a NorthWest trustee, assumed the president role, replacing Vincent Cozzi, who has resigned as the company's president and chief investment officer, citing personal reasons.

NorthWest noted that Crotty will likely resign from the company's board prior to its next annual general meeting.
