Luna Gold Corp. on Jan. 18 said it raised C$5.6 million from the exercise of share purchase warrants.
Pacific Road Resources Fund and Sandstorm Gold Ltd. exercised class A warrants at a strike price of C$1.25 each to purchase 3.53 million shares and 947,731 shares, respectively.
Following the exercise, Pacific Road will own 21,561,060 common shares of the company, representing about 49.20% of its total issued share capital on a partially diluted basis.
Meanwhile, Sandstorm will own 7,421,861 common shares of the company, representing 16.93% of its total issued share capital on a partially diluted basis.
