Summit Partners makes US$67M minority investment in Syncron

Syncron International AB, a cloud-based after-sales service solutions company, secured a US$67 million minority investment from private equity firm Summit Partners LP.

The capital will be used to fund the development of the company's enterprise software-as-a-service solutions and expansion of its operations abroad.

Syncron said its platform is used to optimize the performance of the after-sales service supply chain and let manufacturers transition to subscription-based uptime service models.
